On this episode of Miises' Menagerietm we have the Nephila edulis, a species of Golden Silk Orb-weaver spider.
These were roughly the size of my hand, but they are pretty chill. I wouldn't want to accidentally facecheck one, but I think they are pretty harmless.
Apparently people in New Guinea consider them a delicacy...
