non-obvious stuff:
shift+C = cyclone focus
shapeshifting = F1 bear, F2 cat, F3 cheetah, shift+F3 demonseal, F4 tree/moonkin
not ideal keybinds for my forms, but its what I'm used to from when I used to play druid and i can hit them pretty easily.
shift+C = poly focus
shift+V = spellsteal focus
shift+E = water ele/pet nova macro
shift+R = deep freeze focus
shift+B4 (thumb button on the side of my mouse) = focus counterspell
