How to become a worgen (working on live)

Step 1: Go to the mine south of Darkshire.
Step 2: Get the Nightbane Tainted Ones to attack you. http://www.wowhead.com/npc=920
Step 3:They cast a curse at you which turns you into a male worgen with no armor for 60 seconds. They cast it pretty frequently but it has a high chance to miss if you're level 80 so get a bunch of em to attack you to speed up the process.
Step 4: BE A MOTHERFUCKIN WORGEN!

Pretty good for testing the animations. You can mount up and do all the /emotes etc.
I wish the casting dps animation was a little better but I think I'm going to racechange Mediic to worgen as soon as possible.
