Need music for running/ cycling/ and one I figure out how to do this without ruining my iphone swimming. My swimming practice is done with a group of people so maybe I can convince them to play it on the stereo system.

So far I basically listen to one or two songs on repeat. But my mind is starting to get distracted because it takes me awhile to complete the workouts :( :(.

Bonus points if the beat is 90 beats per minute. The song I linked is way slow at 73 bpm.

Adviiiiiice????

p.s. trainer was NOT pleased with my dietary habits :( :(.
