I've recommended this before, but apparently it's not on netflix or widley avaliable outside Australia. Anyway, I found that some wonderful fellow has uploaded it to youtube in it's entirety. So watch it, it's a classic and still bloody funny.
The Castle (I made it into a playlist)

Anyone else have any movie recommendations?

This video contains content from MOVIECLIPS, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.

God I hate that shit so much. At least the US can get a taste of it's own medicine for once (assuming youre in the US), Aus/Canada get fucked by those region restriced videos. You can work around it with firefox+modifyheaders though.
Also some great recommendations there, I think I've seen all of em but Rango, Tangled (that's actually good?) and The Secret World of Arrietty. My other 2 favourite Miyazaki movies other than the ones you mentioned are Grave of the Fireflies and The Castle of Cagliostro. Howl's Moving Castle and Porco de Rosso are also awesome. I have a pretty sick Ghibli DVD collection

If you like low comedy, improv/mockumentary humor, check out all of Christopher Guest's films:
Best in Show
Waiting for Guffman
A Mighty Wind
For Your Consideration
Other random movies that I like:
Shattered Glass
Memento
The Truman Show
Moneyball

Yeah, Tangled is pretty good. Maybe I'm biased though because I like Zachary Levi
I haven't seen Grave of the Fireflies yet, must fix that.
