Whenever I played my mage on OCE servers I noticed that I would burn my mana insanely fast compared to Sargeras. Finally got around to testing it out properly and noticed that my custom lag tolerance setting has been fucking me big time. Curious to see how much of a difference it makes my DPS overall, hopefully it's not just limited to arcane burn phase and I've been artificially handicapping myself for the past 4 or 5 years. I've experimented with it plenty in the past but it's just never been very noticable until arcane mage + aus servers.
Can burn to 10% mana now instead of 37%~ on average, just spamming ABs for the duration of AP.
Gonna have to start dumping missiles randomly to keep mana up during heroism.

Re: Custom Lag Tolerance testing
I've been having those strange lag issues recently and I noticed that ping/responsiveness was very different in Garrison vs. Instance servers.
Will be interesting to see if you notice a difference in raid as well. I generally have no problems with lag, other than during peak hours on Sarg while in an instance server.
